This is a great machine for some of the best coffee I have ever made. Great instructions and easy to set up and use. This is the standard for making coffee and would put it against any machine used in a coffee shop. I have been using expresso machines for years and have tried many, this one tops them all. Very useful videos and the website is great as well for assistance. Fast warm up and switching from brewing to frothing. CluCle

Bought this for my wife and this is her story…This machine is a great intermediate machine. The question I had about the machine that I did not see answered a lot is yes you can easily make multiple drinks back to back with zero issues. I don’t suggest it for very first starting out without knowing you will have some frustration and the learning curve that comes with mastering any new skill. It does take some getting used to and I have picked up things along the way that helped me get my machine set up to run its best, such as:First) You want to set your grind time to the maximum and weigh your beans. it suggests 18-21 grams for a double shot. I did 18 grams.Second) testing the grind settings. I found that once you pull the shot, you ideally want 36grams of espresso in 30 seconds when you use 18 grams of beans. imo, this gives you the most flavor in your shot without it burning.Third) Once you get the grind setting correct, see how long it takes to grind the 18 grams and set that as your grind time. This way you can fill the grinder to the top and not have to measure every time.The steam wand and hot water feature both work amazingly well. I do have some trouble with the wand being loud when steaming but I feel like that is more user error then a machine issue as I am still learning the machine. Aside from the noise I like that the amount of steam is adjustable and heats up fast.Once you get all the set up complete you just turn the machine on and go from there out. I fully recommend this machine for a budget friendly option.

Bought the non-digital (dial) version of this for my adult daughter over a year ago. She loved it. Still uses it daily.Purchased this digital version of the CASABREWS machine six months ago for myself and am very pleased with both the value and the operation. Pays to read the instructions thoroughly multiple times while learning to use it, but it makes great espresso/latte. I haven’t stopped going to Starbucks and Dutch Bros entirely, but the savings from owning this machine has probably already paid back the investment and, frankly, the lattes I make at home with this machine are better. The only negative is that the included frothing pitcher is tiny (10 oz). I picked up a 20 oz pitcher, which is what you need if you are making a halfway decent sized latte, on Amazon for about $10.Update after 8 months: Had a leakage problem. Emailed customer service through their website. Expected them to help troubleshoot, maybe supply a gasket. Customer service responded in less than 2 hours! Offered to send an entirely new machine and let me keep the old one âfor partsâ. New machine was at my doorstep in four days! This is Nordstrom/Costco level customer service, not at all what I expected from an Amazon seller. Based on my experience, this seller stands behind their product 100% and you can buy from them with absolute confidence.

Error Message After first Use
I love how the coffee tasted after we made two sets of double shots. I went to bed and woke up to make it to my homework office and turned the machine on, and the machine light kept flashing and the Error message on display EO 1. The grinder still works it would not stop grinding, so I had to hit the off button. What is wrong with this machine after the first use? What does this message mean?
