The details that I wanted to know – hopefully this helps you!
Love this machine. Hopefully, these are the missing details you need – I was concerned about the answers to these questions, but, with the exception of the small water tank, I am very, very happyDisclaimer: I only wanted a machine that made coffee without the waste of pods, not espresso.1. Height: Yes, at 12.4 inches in height, it will probably fit under your kitchen cabinets. However, the absolute minimum youâll need is just over 20 inches (and youâll have to be extremely dexterous). Ideally youâd want 22 inches or more, because you will need to take the water tank out often (see pics). So either you need a spot with no cabinets, or, as another reviewer pointed out, you can buy the âNifty medium appliance rolling trayâ. This device allows you to slide the unit out very easily (by pressing down the button of the tray) to refill the water tank (which you will need to do often if you are buying this for âlarge coffeeâ). The niftyâs button gets covered by the drip tray of the Tchibo: voila! If youâre overly concerned with looks, then this tray may not be for you, but i definitely lean towards being an aesthete, and it looks fine to me (though i have just ordered the pure black one as the silver of the tray vs the chrome of the Tchibo is a bit bothersome!). I would not recommend buying this machine if youâre going to be bothered by the looks of the nifty tray AND you have to have it under a cabinet because, well, see #3. See photos for tank extraction and nifty appliance tray2. Coffee size. I like my coffee black and want it to fill a regular mug, so I was wondering whether 8oz was enough liquid. At the end of the day, the size is just fine for a regular mug – I donât feel as though Iâm being short-changed3. Water tank. This is laughably small and the most problematic issue. As above, I only use this machine for 8oz coffees. You could probably make three 8oz cups on one tank IF you make them all in a row. If you donât, then the machine will send some water through for a self-clean after it has shut off after a few minutes. In this case, you can only make two 8oz cups before refilling, and, as others have pointed out, the machine will just stop midway. Why they include an optional expansion compartment for more coffee beans when the water tank makes less than 3 cups is one of lifeâs mysteries. For me, neither 1, nor 3, are problems. If you are ok with the looks of the nifty rolling tray (and presumably there are better lookers out there too), and you only make a couple of cups a day, then it is no problem to slide out the unit nightly to refill the water tank (obviously, if youâre an espresso drinker then the water will last a lot longer). What does the coffee taste like? Itâs absolutely brilliant. Foam, and everything. All-in-all there are a few foibles, but as I wrote at the start, I am very, very happy!

Easy barista style coffee
Simple instructions. Before you get to far to make your coffee take a picture of serial number which is on the bottom of the machine. You can make espresso, 6 oz, or 8 oz. Plus you can make each stronger. You can also get hot water when it rinses. Comes out at 1/4 cup at a time. Plus you get three coffees to try.Cons. Water tank is at back of machine and you pull out to fill. The grinder you have to clean is on left side. So you may need to place it in your house with those two things in mind.Pros. Great cup of espresso or americano and easy to use.Did not buy the steamer so I canât comment or review.

Most delicious coffee
The most delicious coffee. Super simple to use and keep clean. Well worth the money if youâre a coffee lover. Youâll never go to Starbucks again. Slim footprint that fits in all kitchens.

Excellent machine
I have been trying different coffee machines now for several years. This is the best one! It is so simple to use. The pictures that appear on the machine are self explanatory. The machine is very sleek and elegant. They include coffee beans with it. The taste is marvelous. I love it. I do use filtered water when making my coffee because our water is too hard. I have not been going to Starbucks since my purchase. This coffee tastes better to me than Starbucks.

Frustration!
I bought this coffee machine for my husbandâs birthday. He loved it. For the first two months it made amazing coffee. Then we started to notice that the pucks were coming out wet and the coffee was very watery. My brother-in-law has the same machine and had the same problem. He taught us how to clean the machine properly. We did. He told us we have to use a very dry bean without oily residue. We did. We cleaned and re-cleaned, many times, but nothing changed. We tried contacting the company SEVERAL times and NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO US. Now I feel like I wasted $400. The machine is supposed to be under warranty for a year, but NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO US. The phone number on their US website goes straight to voicemail (which is currently listed as belonging to Guadalupe Cardena, but previously has had different voicemails). No one responds on their WhatsApp number. No one has responded to our messages sent. Does it make a good cup of coffee, yes. But thatâs assuming your machine will work for more than 2 months. Be warned that if something goes wrong with your machine, the company wonât get back to you and help you resolve the problem. It will be a complete waste of money.Iâm hoping the company will see this message and provide some sort of feedback. But donât worry, Iâm sure they wonât. I hope I have an opportunity to revise this review in the near future.

Great machine
I had a Saeco Machine before and was a little hesitant first, but do not regret the purchase ( after my Saeco went out of business after 14 years ). Great machine, great taste, easy set up and easy cleaning. So far I like it. I only wish the machine would have a bigger water tank. Other then that I am happy ( never received the 2 bags of coffee that were advertised, but maybe they will be mailed from Tschibo directly after I registered the machine ) The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because of the water tank size.
