I really like this one. It looks nice on the counter and it’s amazing. Huge plus that it makes both hot and cold! I always use Chobani extra creamy and it is sooo good. The froth is great!

Works wonderfully
My daughter had one and I fell in love with it. Before I was using the standup electric Frother and I had a few. Each worked OK, but this Nespresso is amazing. Wonderful texture and staying froth. Used milk. The milk must be fresh or it doesn’t work. Another plus!

Simple. Works great to hear and froth, easy to clean, but only for tiny volumes
I see a lot of reviews talking about poor instructions, lack of heat, and lack of froth. The instructions do attempt to use a very few number if pictures to work with a large number of different languages. That would be a problem if this unit wasn’t stupid-simple to use and care for… which it is. There are two functions, and zero moving parts in the core unit. (The whisk moves, but is attached magnetically.) If you want hotter milk and more froth, use less milk. There are markings on the inside, but when heating and frothing, you should always be able to see the top bead of the frother above the liquid level. Any higher, and air can’t be incorporated. Also, it’s a timed cycle, so more liquid means the less heat. It’s physics. That does lead me to my biggest complaint: this unit is useful for only a very small volume. For the (normal sized) coffee cup I use (and the volume I desire), I have to go through the whole process twice. Honestly, that’s not asking much, but I am lazy. I have two of these — one for home, one for work — and they both work great, even after hundreds of uses over more than a year (don’t remember when I got the first one).Cleaning is ridiculously simple: pull the whisk out, rinse and clean with dish soap, do the same with the inside and lid. Don’t use any abrasives (VERY important for the inside unit — the bearing surface for the whisk is the non-stick coating of the nub, and you effectively destroy the “motor” if this surface is damaged in any way. Also, there are electronics inside that run off of full household AC power. Try not to get the unit any wetter than it needs to be. That is, don’t hold the outside (or underside) of the main unit under running water, don’t dunk it in water, and definitely don’t let it soak in water. Wash the inside (where the milk goes), and if the outside (a.k.a. the part that doesn’t ever touch your food) is dirty, then gently wipe it off with no more than a damp towel. This is what the pictures in the instructions are trying to tell you. The whisk should be inspected to ensure that there’s no residue on the bottom or inside where the nub goes in. Any foreign material here will affect how the thing spins. Take care of this thing and it will last forever.For anyone that can’t figure out the no-hear froth, just hold the power button in until the unit comes on (as opposed to praying and immediately releasing). If the blue light came on, you did it right. Red light means it is heating. That’s it. There’s no heat setting other than on or off. There’s no speed setting, no time setting. Just pour in your milk, hit the button, pour into your coffee, repeat, then clean.

It works great…sometimes. Depends on the milk
The unit frothed beautifully, easy to clean and use. However I discovered that if the milk is ever so slightly near being out of date, it doesn’t froth. It happened with two different quart containers from Trader Joe’s. Same is true with another brand of frother. I bought milk again, Whole organic Horizon and it works perfectly again. Very odd.
