Well-made, reliable, easy to use
No complaints with this beautifully-made coffee mill. It works very smoothly, takes little effort to turn. It took about 20 turns to grind 8 grams of beans. Very quiet, unlike electric grinders. The integral screw-on bottom cup is great – it catches the grounds without spilling any on the counter. Grind size is very uniform. Comes with a fabric travel bag and cleaning brush. TO CLARIFY THE INSTRUCTIONS: Note that the setting dial is calibrated from 1-12, with 1 at the clockwise limit, at which the burr is locked and canât be turned. Usable settings are at 6 (very fine) or above. Once you get to 12, the next coarser setting is 13, which reads â1â again. A setting of 20 would read â8â (actually 12+8). Unless you leave it at your preferred setting all the time, you may need to back it up one or more 360 degree turns clockwise until it stops at 1 and start over. Simply add 12 for each full revolution CCW, so for a setting of 25 (coarse for French Press) you would make 2 full CCW turns and then stop at 1.

Good construction, instructions could be better
The construction is good quality. The dial for setting coarseness of grind isn’t limited to the 12 numbers on the dial. The dial can keep turning to make the grind more coarse. The other part I wish I had noticed is how small it is. I had a Bialetti grinder that held 3/4 cup of beans, and this one only holds 1/4 cup. So, I wish I could get a larger version of this one.

Perfect for camping
 Love this product, high quality well made. Really an amazing value.

Overall, I like it. Two things that should change. First, the bottom part should also have knurling. Second, the inside of the cup builds static. I solved this by roughing the surface and using a nano wax. Now all the grinds come out.

Grinds well but is damaged when washed
I like the consistent and adjustable grind. It also grinds the beans, faster and smoother than a cheaper supposedly ceramic hand grinder I have previously used.
However, after washing the product multiple times, I have noticed rust and the black layer that is supposed to be anodized. Aluminum has been coming off. I have attached a photo that shows the color is no longer black. You can see the original color on the top of the grinder by the handle. The rest of the body goes from light gray to almost white at the bottom.
I don’t see how this would happen if the metal was properly anodized aluminum and stainless steel.

Extremely happy with this coffee grinder.

Very sturdy and solid build.
Whole beans are ground quickly and also very evenly.
Buyer beware, this is for single serve use, as other sizes are available.
Itâs great for me, but maybe not great for 2-4 people.
