WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hope you get a working one! Second time Iâve purchased a chef wave and both did not work. One was refunded and another I canât locate an order number too so hold on to your receipts guys!!! If you happen to get it as a gift or canât locate your info the 1yr manufacturer warranty , it doesnât exist. Most reputable company go off cereal numbers and can look up time of purchase. However make sure u have all your paper work because they will trick you by telling you they will have a replacement sent out if you cut the chord to the one you currently have. Without replacement. I was calling initially for tech support seeing as how Amazon refunded me. Chef wave was given the order number in regards to this broken piece of crap so that i can try to salvage or fix this broken machine as opposed to letting it take up space in the dump. When they gladly agreed to replace it they reneged on the deal and stated per policy they could not replace after i had damaged the old one. In a nut shell I have two broken coffee machines. Was refunded for one and treated with disrespect by customer service. No wonder nespresso is the leading brand in machines. Iâd trust nespresso over a company who also tryâs to solicit you to buy cameras while your on hold with customer service. They stated no manager on duty. Would not give me an email to a supervisor and basically made up policy over the phone where nothing is in writing. Hailey Chris and Siadd were the representatives talked to and probably the only three who work there as when I called I was number one in the cue and all of three reps knew who I was before I even spoke to anyone.
If I could give a negative star I would.

Great Affordable Espresso Maker
 I really love this product and itâs been a great purchase since I got this around a year ago! I will say it has its moments where you have to hit the buttons a few times or reclick the pod into place but it really hasnât given me any trouble! Makes tasty espresso shots and I love thatâs its compatible with nespresso pods, making the options endless. Good size, very narrow so doesnât take up much counter space. Definitely good value for the price, would recommend! Great gift idea for the fellow caffeine lovers!

Makes a better cup of espresso than a $200 machine
Iâve been using this espresso machine for about six weeks and overall itâs decent. As others have noted, it is noisy but not much more than other ones Iâve had. Also, comparing this to the $200+ machine I replaced with this one, it makes a richer espresso. The major complaint I have is that sometimes it only brews about 1/2 a demitasse and I donât see a pattern that would indicate why this happens. There is a feature to program how much is dispensed, but changing that hasnât solved the problem yet. If this machine holds up in the long term, it will have been a worthwhile purchase.
Update 6/24: I contacted the seller regarding the custom water volume feature. It was not dispensing the set amount even after resetting and reprogramming. Their customer service agreed to replace the espresso maker after verifying the problem. It shipped quickly and I only missed a week’s worth of my espresso fix. Highly recommend this product’s value per dollar.

Makes good coffee but has also some limitations and is quite loud
Bought this for my new home, but will probably keep it only as backup
PROS:
– High pressure
– Adjustable cup holder size
– Water flow can be stopped at any time and there’s also a continuous mode
– Makes good coffee quite fast for the size
CONS:
– Very loud
– Not programmable
– Rather wobbly (capsule open/close needs two hands)
– Water tank a bit difficult to secure

***DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT*** I WAITED OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE IT, UNDERSTANDABLE CONSIDERING THE PANDEMIC. WHEN I DID ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT, IT JUST KEPT SPITTING OUT THE PODS. I RUINED ABOUT 5 VERY EXPENSIVE BEFORE FINALLY GIVING UP.
