Tips for using milk frother and steamer
1. Choose milk with more than 3% fat content for better foaming results. For best results, remove the milk from the refrigerator before starting to froth.
2. Please note that there are two maximum lines in the cup. The lower max line is used for frothing, because the volume of the milk foam gets bigger when frothing and if the milk goes beyond the max line, it may overflow. The higher maximum line is used to heat the milk.

Perfect Frothing
The rich cream of the foam froth beats the steamed froth from any espresso machines even the finest one. The milk is never diluted by the vapor steam, it is, therefore, maintained the consistency and the richness of the cream (best use with half n half cream). It doesnât make noise and automatically turns off after 2 minutes of frothing. It is easy to use and clean. Good value and performance for its size.

Pros: Not a cheaply made device. It’s very well built, solid, nearly impossible to knock over since it’s larger and heavier at the bottom. It sits on top of a separate, heavy-ish motor unit. It heats the milk to hot, not warm. There are two settings: press two times to heat the milk, press once to heat + froth. It only takes about an inch of milk in this device to get a ton of foam. Hint: Pour the foam out as soon as she little beep goes off or the foam will separate from the milk and you’ll need a spoon to get the foam out. Pour it right away and you get a beautiful creamy foam that just can’t be beat. A big plus is that the beeps when you press the settings as well as when the cycles are completed, are nice and soft- not loud and annoying at all. The motor is very quiet, can barely tell it’s running and I use it at 5 a.m. when everyone is asleep. And it doesn’t take long to heat the milk, maybe 2 minutes on the heat cycle and less time to froth, perhaps a minute and a half. The milk doesn’t burn and the froth is extra thick and creamy! It’s very easy to clean the pitcher. It has a nonstick finish, inside and out. Simply rinse with hot water. There is one small area on the bottom of ours near the frothing device that may need a couple gentle rubs with a cloth or finger to remove a small buildup of milk residue but it’s still so easy to clean. It’s sleek and attractive to look at.
Cons: In order to get a large cup of milk heated AND get a frothy, beautiful top (see picture I uploaded – I use a 20 oz cup with 1/2 cup hot coffee already in the cup) you will need to use this two times– once to ONLY heat the milk, and again to make the milk foam or froth. Another con is that if you put even a tad too much milk into the unit, you will see a stream of milk pouring out of the spout, down the pitcher and all over your counter. I keep a folded paper towel under the device. Make sure you keep the milk levels “under,” not up to or higher than the two level marks inside the device. You will see the lowest mark is for frothing. Don’t go over these lines. You can barely pour an inch of milk into this pitcher to foam the milk without creating a spillover mess. But look how much foam I get! My advice is if you accidentally go to close or over the max fill lines, be safe and pour some of the milk back into the original container until you can almost “see” the lines and especially see the top of the frother at the bottom if you are making foam. Another con is that it’s very, very hard to see the milk level lines inside.
Finally, the lid is hard to wash IF you allow the milk or foam to spill over the top and you don’t rinse it right away. The lid has a thin, narrow groove running around it. If it gets full of foam and you don’t rinse it well right away, you’ll need something thin to push a small part of a cleaning cloth into the groove to get it all out.
I’ve had other milk foamer units and this is, by, far, the best.

I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law and she made my coffee with a foamer/heater and I really liked it. So when I got home I jumped on Amazon, did my research and settled on this brand. As soon as I got it I made some coffee and this worked SO fast and made perfect foam that was like a puffy cloud! It did a better job than her Nespresso brand!!!! I will very every one I know that drinks coffee one of these. The price was amazing, hers was over $100! This also has the perfect amount of space for a few of cups of coffee. I use a lot of creamer in mine so this makes enough for two mugs for me. I’m so happy I picked this foamer and have nothing to say but great things. It’s so easy to use it cleans very simply. It’s non-stick. You will NOT be disappointed purchasing this product! I’m going to see what else they make!

Wonderful surprise!
I was skeptical of these frothers and contemplated for a long time. But so glad I chose the right one! Very easy, quick, and makes excellent foam. Now using it at least twice a day and with hot/cold foam feature, Iâm using it everyday and all year long. Each time comes out perfect. Also cleans easily.

Works well
This is a great frother . I have been using it every day. I use it on the minimum level and it works perfectly. I use half-and-half, whole milk, and sometimes 2%. Obviously the more fat and the milk or cream the better the froth. Easy to use! . It is a little difficult to clean and you have to be careful not to get water in the bottom or on the Control button but other than that itâs great!

Nice froth but spout shape causes milk to drip down front of pot
I like the froth consistency but on occasion it runs over the top and down the whole pot into the base. The fill mark isn’t the easiest to see and hence the spill over. Also the spout always drips but the milk is nicely frothed and warmed.

Great product for the price
Nice design, easy to store and clean. Small & compact. Makes really nice foam with cow’s milk. Had less success with nut milks but that’s not due to the product. Happy with purchase especially for price.
