Works great
Accidentally bought a bag of whole bean coffee that I couldnât return, so I was looking for the cheapest grinder I could find.
This little guy is awesome. And the best part about it is that it has the removable cup. Every other grinder I have used is all one piece and you have to dig everything out. This I can remove the cup and dump it. Some pieces do scatter around, but they are easily brushed away. For $10 I am extremely happy. Great purchase and now I can grind my own in just a few seconds! Iâm not a coffee connoisseur so Iâm not sure how fine everything is supposed to be, but this looks just like what comes out of the bags of when itâs ground. If you are doing a whole bag, yes, youâll have to do it a few times. But it really works so well you wonât even notice or care.
Oh! I almost forgot the plug! Being able to wrap it around the bottom, so itâs not hanging anywhere, brilliant!

great for grinding spices and citrus zest
I bought this for grinding spices and citrus zest with sugar for ice cream… and this little gadget has worked perfectly for just that. It’s super easy to use, just dump the stuff in, snap the lid on and grind. Cleaning it is really easy too because the whole grinder cup comes off the machine so you can wash and dry without damaging the electronic parts. I don’t know if this works well on coffee beans (I haven’t tried it).

Nice product for the money but cheap materials – cracking
For the price, I really like this grinder. It only gets occasional use in this house, but has worked very well so far. The grind is generally uniform and the noise isn’t objectionable, especially considering it only runs about 20 seconds at a time. Clean up is a breeze – just rinse out the lid and the removable cup.
My only complaint is that the removable plastic cup started cracking after about 5 uses and seems to get worse with each use. It’s still very usable for the time being, but I’m kind of expecting this to be a short-term, throw-away item.
My only other comment is that the capacity of the grind cup seems pretty small to me. It claims it will make up to 12 cups of coffee, but I had to fill the cup twice to make that happen.

Loud but powerful
Do you want to quietly grind your coffee in the morning and have a nice soft quiet cup while you wake up, get the more pricey Black model; now if you want a coffee grinder that is powerful and yells ” Get’er done!” While you groggily grind your coffee to perfection and simultaneously wake the entire house up, then this model is for you. It’s loud, it’s abrasive (much like your redneck neighbor that day drinks while mowing the lawn) but it is the perfect tool for any coffee lover. Seriously, it’s kinda loud but works very well. I’m happy with it.

Great grind capability!
This grinder is pretty straightforward. The longer you hold down the grind button, the finer the grind. I pulsate after 10 seconds and then mix a bit for an even grind. This worked perfectly for my espresso beanâs need of a fine grind. Do not overfill the machine or you will overheat the machine. Common sense. lol!

Perfect cup with HB recommendations. Dont overuse beans
Fast, quiet and small. Many will say you need to grind two full container batches of beans for 12-cups when the manufacturer recommends one batch. I tested, and ONE batch works for me perfectly.
More ramblings: Apparently I like a lighter brew, which I think is closer to Dunkin or our local Wawa stores. I struggled with the math of how many beans to use to make a 12 cup pot. it gets tricky as the carafe measures in 6ozs, most use 8 ozs for measuring what a coffee cup us when reality is we all use 11 or 15 oz cups. Then some online guidelines use grams and weight, or tablespoons when I have a nice 1/4 cup measuring spoon. I simply wanted a repeated process “to make full pot of coffee how many beans do I grind?” After invoking the soul of Einstein I found that it takes a LOT of coffee to make that full pot based on many online suggestions, effectively two full grind containers. you’ll see many reviews here further confirming that “Have to grind twice”. I’ll say I am using very basic Green Mountain Breakfast Blend beans, same we used in K-cups. And the double batch recipe created a coffee that was black as the darkest night. Darker than anything I had seen in any cafe all over the US. Looked like used motor oil, and tasted VERY strong. Hmmmm. So I’ll say that I did this test even tho this grinder’s cup has bean fill level markings which clearly indicated 12 cups… as being one batch of grindign, not two.
I also realized my wife and I were drinking weaker coffee anyway with the K-cups. Its the same single k-cup and we are using a 15oz mug, which would be 1/2 the amount of regular grinds. The purist would say my 15oz cup requires TWO k-cups. But again with the beans I tried the recommendations of all the roasters and coffee shops… and I got motor oil looking coffee. So finally I brewed a new pot. 12 cup full pot and used ONE grind from this grinder. And the coffee was great. I dont even need a measuring spoon… just pour into the grinder cup close to the top. Done.
Just like in craft beers there are people who appreciate a high ABV dark stout beer. Me? I am a light lager guy. I am sure there are people who buy beans from all over the world and like a dark dark brew. Me? I’m a light “morning convenience store” coffee drinker
But then I wonder if this (mis)information of using so much coffee beans is put out by the industry to convince the consumer into spending so much more coffee than what the average drinker is used tu?
Long story short to save you the research and math. The experts and the math says for a standard 12-cup pot you need to run TWO full grind containers. The manufacturer says one. Try both and see what you like.
Plus my plan of just one.. 1/2 the cost of beans

Sirve para moler, pero no deja muy fina la molida de semillas. La probé con el comino negro, y a pesar de que si lo molió, no lo dejó como polvo.

High quality, cheap and easy to use.

It works superbly

Fast, quiet and efficient. The only problem is the short, very stiff cord that turns into a Slinky in the storage compartment and pulls the grinder close to the socket, when in use.
