Tasty espresso in a K Cup
I got these for the office and everyone enjoys them. An extra boost of caffeine and a dark roasted taste. Pairs well with a little vanilla creamer for a cheap almost-latte.

“This sniffs in nearly as my favorites”…
When I do not want to take the time to brew a whole pot of coffee I like going to the K-cup. I have been enjoying Peet’s and Illy’s K-cups but wanted to expand my horizons and return to another producer I like (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf).The one thing I have learned about K-cup coffee is that for my palate the only ones that work are the dark roast. I use exactly 7 ounces of filtered water to one K-cup and that turns out nice and bold with good body. I have used “medium roast” K-cups in the past and they tasted thin and watery. If I were to try “medium roast” again I would likely use 6 ounces of filtered water to try and combat that.Regardless, this Organic Espresso Dark Roast is just that. It is bold and dark and tastes good. The bolder brews often have some bitterness so I gave it a few sprinkles of salt to calm that down. It was not sour so I did not need to touch it with some maple sugar. Instead I used the sugar already in my whole milk.It makes for a tasty cup and is very close in its goodness to my favorite bold Illy’s and Peet’s K-cups. And after all, “variety is the spice of life” they say…

I wasnât sure if this coffee would work for me, however it surpassed my expectations! It is a full body, dark roast with a smooth taste and clean finish. DELICIOUS!! Great price. Will definitely buy it again!

These pods for the the Keurig coffee brewing system. A system that is unable to make espresso! I purchased by mistake, the box does not say Keurig pods. On the back of the box it says, “Compatible with 2.0 brewing systems”Amazon says I’m unable to return this item.
