Delicious excellent quality coffee!
My wife and I have been experimenting with various coffee blends and brands in our new Breville Pro Espresso machine, and so far this one has been our favorite and also the least expensive. It’s rich and creamy with no bitterness and makes excellent espressos! We will be purchasing more when this bag runs out

We like this coffee because it makes very good coffee which is great first thing in the morning. The price is right so it is a frugal purchase as well. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Boring coffee
For $5/lb, I should have tempered my expectations against the high ratings.
To me, this is not a “light roast”, it’s much closer to medium which is my usual roast level. When brewed at the recommended 200°F (93°C), it’s very astringent. It’s not “bright” or “fruity”, it’s just roasty and fairly bland. It doesn’t spark joy when I drink it by itself. But it’s not *bad*, just boring.
Reducing the brewing temperature smooths it out a bit. The flavor is very much “basic coffee”, but that makes it good for combining with other flavors. I combined it with vanilla and chocolate protein shakes and was very happy with the result, and I expect it would be pleasant with cream or half+half.
So I’d recommend this as a good value as an ingredient for food or drink recipes, but not for savoring by itself.

Cameron’s Whole Bean Breakfast Blend
Purchased a two pound bag of Breakfast Blend whole bean coffee on Amazon for the ridiculously low price of $9.98. I really didn’t expect much. What I received was a medium-light roast 100% Arabica premium coffee blend. The bag arrived in excellent condition. Upon inspection of the product I found premium beans with no defects and an expiration date almost one year in advance. The fragrance of the beans was pleasant but mild. The bag claimed light roast but by my judgement they were more of a light medium with just the slightest amount of oil but basically dry. I ground 50 grams to a slightly coarse medium and brewed it with 40 ounces of filtered water. The fragrance of the ground beans was again mild as was the aroma of the brewing coffee. The finished brew had a mild nutty coffee taste with a light-medium mouth feel, pleasant acidity no bitterness and a smooth finish. Overall a well balanced cup of coffee. My next 50 gram dose will be ground one step finer in the attempt to extract a little more coffee flavor. Overall this is an excellent premium coffee blend with a mild not overbearing coffee flavor. It would be a perfect brew for anyone looking for a smooth, flavorful, Well balanced coffee suitable for everyday anytime drinking.

Like others said, more of a medium blend. Very smooth coffee, low acidity which I appreciate. I canât stand a sour cup of coffee like Tim Hortons. Mellow and easy to drink. I stashed 8 pounds of these beans. Will probably buy again in the future.

Very mild coffee that is easy on the stomach
Very affordable and mild coffee. The print was small on the bag displayed on Amazon website and on my second bag purchase I accidentally bought whole coffee beans instead of ground coffee and that was my only gripe.

My family only buys whole-bean coffee, and this is an exceptional value. You get a lot of coffee for very cheap. I do wish the flavor was a little stronger, but it is definitely a tasty morning cup of coffee
