Ultra-Thin Blade: Our precisely crafted diamond saw blade is particularly intended for angle grinders to deliver an unmatched cutting experience. It assures chip-free, seamless, and precise cutting on every occasion. These well-balanced blades are encrusted with the highest quality industrial diamonds that help retain stability even while the grinder is running at full speed, delivering great performance with each cut.
Wet and Dry Cutting: Our ultra-thin turbo angle grinder diamond blade is suitable for both wet and dry cutting. Its thin profile assures accuracy, reduces vibration, and is chip-free. Unlike mesh circular saw blades, which frequently become clogged with softer materials, our turbo continuous rim blade is carefully engineered to avoid such instances. Although it is a wet and dry blade, it is recommended to use with water especially on long cuts.
High Performance and Durability: Armed with heat-resistant stabilizer vents and tungsten carbide treatment for enduring sharpness, this is the ultimate tungsten carbide saw blade for angle grinders. Its design guarantees not only long-lasting precision but also exceptional durability, making it a reliable tool for a wide range of cutting applications.
Wide Application: Our versatile 4.5″ angle grinder cutting disc easily pierces a range of materials, such as tiles, ceramics, kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, porcelain and a variety of soft materials. Professionals working on a variety of projects will find this versatile tool invaluable as it is ideal for making small, intricate cuts in tiles, especially in tight or awkward spaces where larger blades can’t maneuver easily due to its ultra thin kerf.
More Information: This diamond blade features a 115mm / 4.5-inch diameter, 0.3″ segment height, and a maximum RPM of 11500, making it ideal for 4″ or 4.5″ angle grinders. This compact yet powerful tool for various cutting applications combines precision and efficiency. Each cut is precise, smooth, and without any wobbles, ensuring that your work stands out for all the right reasons.

    Great blade
Been trying a lot of blade recently from rubi to monolit back to Dewalt and ridgid. This blade is the best blade I’ve used by far, I use it for mitering my niches, such a nice feel, virtually chip free. Extremely happy will be buyingmore

Good diamond blade for hand cutting tile
I received this blade right after I finished up a tile job where I was hand cutting a lot of the tiles with my angle grinder, but luckily I had leftover tile pieces to test this out on. The tile was 3/8″ thick porcelain tile which was about as hard as I’ve seen.
This blade did a good job in cutting the tile. Is it truly chip-free? No, but I’ve yet to meet a blade for an angle grinder that is chip-free, and at least some of that has to do with how you make the cut and how steady your hand is. But the cut was pretty darn good and much of the chipping would have been removed or minimized by knocking the cut edge down with a diamond pad after cutting so that it matches the factory eased edge.
I like the fact that this blade doesn’t require you to use the angle grinder’s nut to fasten it, which makes it able to get closer to the blade on the side outboard of the angle grinder; I can see where that might come in handy. However, at least on my grinder, that means that the blade is further away from the body of the grinder and no longer protected by the shield on the grinder, which means you really want to make sure you’re wearing eye protection just in case.

A cutter for butter, perhaps. …But stone? Not so much.
    I really like blades with a quad/flange adaptor — I use them a lot.
I really like the ‘mesh’ tooth pattern — they cut so smoothly, without chipping the stone.
The combination of a quad/flange blade with ‘mesh’ cutting surface promised great things.
Unfortunately, for reasons I can only guess at, this blade performs terribly, as a cutting tool. So badly that it feels like there is no abrasive grit at all on the front edge that is cutting, just smooth metal.
Initially I gave it a brief test on a scrap piece. It performed so badly that I set it aside till I could give it more attention. Perhaps I needed to break it in to expose the aggressive cutting surface. Later I used it on a project, with extensive cutting. It still hardly cut. Puzzled, I pulled out a smaller ‘mesh’ blade (arbor), which cut quite well. The only difference I could see was that the successful blade was thinner than this one. …Could it be that the only abrasive surface (on either blade) is on the sides, and that the thinner blade allows access to the cutting grit, while the marginally thicker blade prevents it?
I have no idea what the issue is, but this blade doesn’t cut. I can use the abrasive on the side in certain ways (because the quad/flange configuration allows it to be used almost like a flat cup wheel), just not for cutting.

    Amazing cutting and grinding wheel
There is a reason they call it the butter wheel, it cuts thru everything like a hot knife thru butter. This does fit on your typical 4.5” angle grinder you can get anywhere. I absolutely love having the flange to get into tight spots, like up against the wall to back cut an older shower where there was no schluter trim installed. The flange allows you to make flush mount cutting possible. I would recommend this to everyone, professional or DIY’er.

    Does the Job Well
This is a fantastic blade for when the angle grinder needs to come out for tile work. We’re not professionals, but even so for our home project this blade makes work easier. It makes very smooth cuts with nearly no noticeable chipping at all. We haven’t done very heavy work with this blade yet, but judging by the minimal wear it’s gotten, it seems like we’ll get plenty of use out of it before it needs to be replaced. Also, it rotates without any wobble that I can detect and does cut like “butter,” which is good. I’d get another one of these when needed.

    Sweet!
This is actually my second blade. I mistakenly used the first one on 3/8″ thick angle iron. Then after that I attempted cutting a section of tile. To my surprise it cut right through the tile, (like butter). See what I did there. So impressed I got another for when that first one wears out. That might be a long time considering how it survived my steel booboo.
