what a huge difference a new filter makes!i thought i had to throw out my machine because the motor was not working well, but the motor was just fine, it was just a clogged filter. i cleaned the old filter every way i could, took it apart and everything, but it just wasn’t working well.so i decided i’ll try a new filter, what the heck. i bough this one, and it is SOO good.it makes an amazing espresso.very strong, nice crema.fits perfectly in my Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista BVMC-ECMP1000.

I had a bottomless portafilter with a non pressurized filter, for some reason i was getting almost no foam/crema, and all pressurized filters in market just splash the coffee everywhere if you use bottomless portafilter, but this one fits just right and the espresso flows smoothly into my cup

Hey Yâall, you need to know this basket has a protruding dimple on the side. Excellent pressurized filter basket that works with bottomless portafilters.
Works well with bottomless portafilters. I purchased this filter basket to replace the one that came with the Delonghi EC260 that was too small,- so made a weak brew for the cup size I like. This filter is high pressure, but works with the Capri bottomless portafilter I recently purchased from Amazon. I tits tight in that holder unlike the portafilter that came with the machine. I am extremely impressed with it. It makes an excellent 2 shot espresso – thick and rich crema, and perfectly extracted – much better than the filter that came with the machine, or another pressure filter I had left over from another dead machine. Much better than the pressureless filter that came with the bottomless portafilter. I recommend it highly.

False advertising and poor quality
So for starters, like others have said, this is not a non-pressurized portafilter basket; as shipped it is a pressurized basket. What’s unique about it though is the double walled portion that makes it pressurized can actually be unscrewed and taken off – its not welded together like a normal double walled basket. Once removed you can place in just the non-pressurized screen that stays in at the bottom of the basket with a gasket… which is very janky and definitely NOT what I ordered, but I figured it would work for now until I find a decent non-pressurized basketHowever, even that didn’t work because after less than maybe 10 shots the gasket ripped and now the whole thing is completely useless, less than 3 days after I got it

Great Portafilter for my Mr Coffee Automatic Espresso Maching.
I love this portafilter filter basket for making a double serving. I can use ground beans or if I am in a hurry I can use two espresso pods and it will fit. The double shot basket that came with my machine is too small for two pods. Super easy to use.
